Our jewelry is crafted from Sterling silver, eco-brass and stainless steel, finished with 14K or 18K gold plating. We use high-quality, skin-friendly materials designed to be durable and long-lasting. All our products are lead and nickel free.

How do I find my ring or bracelet size?

We recommend using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper to measure around your finger or wrist. Compare your measurement to our size guide available on each product page.

How long will shipping take?

Standard Delivery Times:

Will I be charged customs or duty fees?

Never! We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all customs and duty fees are covered — no surprise charges at delivery.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place (ideally in a pouch or jewelry box) and remove before swimming or exercising.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email us at contact@blndjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
