Refund policy

• We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size or style, or “didn’t match expectations.”
• To request a return, email contact@blndjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo, your order number, and a short description of the issue.
• A return address will be provided based on your location (it will not be sent back to the store).

• Exchanges or size changes are not offered. If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order for the correct size
